MyHealth by Telligen

The MyHealth by Telligen application allows Telligen client participants to actively engage in their journey to well-being through this mobile app. Users can track their exercise, nutrition, and biometrics in real-time through manual entry or by syncing with their fitness device such as a Fitbit or through the Apple Health App with use of an Apple Watch. Users that have access to health coaching can communicate with their coach through the Coaching feature. All users have access to their account information, their employers program information, and notifications through the app.
